The opportunity:


ML6 Search + Talent Advisory is looking for a Marketing Manager to drive growth through the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies tailored for the recruitment industry. You’ll be creating and leading dynamic media campaigns integrated within a comprehensive marketing strategy to amplify brand recognition, engage talent, and attract clients.


What you’ll be doing:


  • Develop and craft innovative marketing strategies tailored for the recruitment industry, collaborating closely with operational stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and maximize return on investment.
  • Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, showcasing ML6 Search + Talent Advisory’s unique value proposition and enhancing brand visibility.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, utilizing technology and data to optimize marketing processes and outcomes, thereby strengthening our digital presence.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and implementation of marketing campaigns, fostering trust and credibility within the recruitment community.
  • Champion a data-driven approach, utilizing quantitative and qualitative research to inform marketing strategies and drive continuous improvement.


What you’ll need to be successful:


  • 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing strategy and implementation, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with a proven ability to translate business needs into effective marketing strategies tailored for a recruitment agency.
  • Experience with digital campaign execution, social media strategy, and demand generation, with a focus on talent acquisition and client engagement.
  • Proficiency in analyzing marketing data and adjusting strategies based on results, driving continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing diverse stakeholder priorities and fostering collaborative relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Agility and adaptability in navigating dynamic business environments.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and exceptional results delivery, driving growth for the company.
  • Proven ability to build marketing infrastructure and drive marketing effectiveness within the context of a recruitment agency.
